A Management Information System (MIS) is a precious technology that organizations use to measure the efficiency of their business operations as well as performance of their employees. The MIS endows with thorough insight of a company and supports management for making decisive business decisions. Though the MIS provides big number of advantages, but yet it also comes with a few limitations. In this article, we will be focusing on that part of management information system.
This is the very significant area of management information system and it should be well secured. All the important as well as the secret data are there stored in an MIS and which is not supposed to seen by anyone outside the company or anyone who is not authorized to do so. However, it happens sometimes and the important data gets seep out of the organization. It affects the company a lot in business and hence the companies should focus more on this security part. Let’s discuss a few ways how the security of an MIS can be broken.
Hackers: At present, a number of people who have excellent IT knowledge hack this kind of system, maybe for money or for some other purposes.
Ex- employees: In some cases, it has been seen that the account of employees are active in MIS site even after they got out from there. Sometimes, these accounts can be used for some negative purposes.
Virus: While the employees of any organization use this system, they should make sure that their operating device or computer is virus free. If the device has dangerous viruses then these can be a concern for the security of the MIS.
All the data are stored in a particular server, which is also known as the hosting server. The upload time of any server cannot be 100%. It may be 90% or 99%. But, never can be the fullest. So, the site can be down for anytime. Hence, this is another limitation for management information system.
Same as server, Internet is also a part where MIS has to be dependent. If someone cannot access the net services or the weather is cloudy or maybe the user is in remote or rural area where no network is, then he or she won’t be able to get access of management information system.
So, these are a few limitations that a management information system has to over come in future. However, with having those limitations, yet it helps a lot to the organization, the down line employees and top level managers to take proper decisions for the well of the company.

When used properly text messages can be a powerful tool to help you get your ex back after a breakup. Texting is private, personal, safe, intimate, and simple.
Chances are you and your ex are already very familiar with sending text messages back and forth. Therefore, the idea of being able to push a few buttons and build emotional rapport with him or her should appeal to you.
Through emotional texting you can lay your heart on the line and tell your ex how you truly feel about them. No excuses. No lies. No fighting. Just speaking from your heart to establish the emotional connection needed to bring you back together.
If you’re a guy reading this, then you’re probably already zoning out after hearing the words “emotion” and “speaking from your heart”. This isn’t stuff that comes naturally for most men. But it’s probably even more effective for men because most women love when a guy opens up and says how he truly feels.
Keep in mind, these aren’t the types of texts you’ll want to send immediately after a breakup. They shouldn’t be used until you’ve re-opened the lines of communication with your ex, established a connection by helping them remember the good times you used to share, validated their feelings, and got them thinking about you in a positive way.
Once you’ve completed the steps above and are ready to speak your heart, here are 4 types of texts you can send to build emotional rapport with your ex.
1.) Compliment Texts
Compliment texts are exactly what they sound like. They are random compliments you give your ex through the text messages you send. You shouldn’t make a big deal of them. Just let them slip into the conversation naturally.
For example, “Your smile caught my attention the very first time I ever saw you. It’s something I’ve always loved about you.”
2.) “What I Miss About Us” Texts
These types of texts are pretty straight forward too. You are simply reminding your ex what you miss about the relationship.
For example, “One thing I really miss is how you used to wrap your arms around me so tight whenever I’d get scared while we were watching a scary movie. It made me feel so safe.”
3.) Appreciation Texts
Most of us don’t do a very good job of appreciating our partner in a relationship. With appreciation texts you tell your ex what you like and appreciate about them.
For example, “One thing I’ve always loved about you is how you’re willing to drop whatever you’re doing to help anyone who needs it. You’re a special kind of person and I’m really glad you’re in my life.”
4.) “How I Feel About You” Texts
These types of texts need to be positive and confident and should never be needy. They take some practice to get right, but once you do they can become an extremely powerful ally in helping you get your ex back.
Here’s an example: “It’s funny, but it still makes my body tingle whenever I smell your cologne. It always makes me smile and I feel safe. You’ll always be important to me.”
Sometimes computer users encounter strange problems of which there seems to be no solution. One such problem which I discovered lately is that laptop keeps shutting down itself. I had been searching for the solution to this random shutdown problem with my laptop and luckily I found one. Today I am sharing with you those tips which worked for me. I hope you will also get benefit from these tips.
A lot of people, when surrounded by such agonies, either buy new machines or hire expensive technicians to fix issues with their computers. I have found that a little self help can do the job in almost all the cases and even a simple step such as to repair internal Windows errors through a registry repairing program could make computer stable and faster.
The problem due to which laptop keeps shutting down also falls in the same category. There can be two reasons for this error. One is the external virus-based infections and the other is the internal Windows infections. The infected laptops encounter random shutdown problem until some maintenance activity is being performed on the system. Two important things that you should do to fix a laptop which keeps shutting down are:
1- Scanning computer to eliminate malwares, spywares and the viruses from your laptop.
2- Repairing and cleaning Windows registry.
These two tips are found to be very helpful to fix the laptop shutdown problem. Almost all the computer users surf internet which could result in viruses attacking your system. Some of these infections are really pesky and cause the machines to shutdown randomly.
The registry errors, however, are the internal errors and can become a cause of system crashes and freezes. The registry keys shall be in good health to keep a system perfect.
How do you eat an elephant? It’s easy . . . one bite at a time. Take a look at the Grand Canyon. It’s really quite awesome. Yet, all that rock was whittled away one drop of water at a time, one grain of sand at a time, multiplied by untold billions of such infinitesimal events. Although most of the time, I write about so-called ‘second level’ or quantum change as the response to cultural stagnation (and social stalemate), there is an alternative kind of change: erosion. Erosion doesn’t just happen in elephants and canyons, it happens in emotions, as well. Here’s an example.
Where I come from in New England, there’s a chain of discount furniture stores that runs frequent TV commercials featuring the owner, Bob. The advertisements can be silly at best and loud and annoying, at their worst. It’s the sort of commercial that, whenever it comes on, you want to grab the remote and jump on the ‘mute’ button. These ads have been going on since the early 1990’s, and there’s a reason why they’ve stood the test of time: they work. Psychologists note that you have to see a message at least six times before it ‘registers’. If the message is annoying or distasteful, there’s yet another factor at work.
Every time you’re exposed to something that stimulates a strong emotional reaction, that reaction is lessened. You can’t sustain a powerful emotion for very long. Like a constant noise, it fades into the background and, behold! the message comes through. Emotions can be eroded much more quickly and effectively than stone (or digested more readily than the elephant). That’s one reason why the ‘straw man’ and the ‘red herring’ arguments work so well: on the one hand, we don’t pay a lot of attention to the ‘message behind the message’ and, on the other hand, even a strong negative reaction to these things are slowly neutralized over time and repetition. If you say it long enough and loud enough, it’s sure to be true.
What’s a ‘straw man’ argument? That’s when, instead of focusing on the pertinent points of a discussion, you drag in all the ‘what if’ and ‘imagine what would happen’ speculations. John Kennedy’s opponents used the straw man argument to suggest that, if he were elected, his presidency would be controlled by the Vatican. It’s the ‘soft on terrorism’ argument that’s been used so effectively to scare the American public into supporting the erosion of their civil rights under the guise of protecting them. The argument that any official running for national office could possibly be soft on terrorism boggles the imagination, but it doesn’t stop people from repeating it endlessly and, in the repetition, the elephant disappears, one bite at a time.
And, what’s a ‘red herring’ argument? That’s a logical fallacy that drags in extraneous facts (or pseudo-facts) that have no real relevance to the debate, but they’re screamed so loud that they appear important. Consider the famous ‘swift boating’ of John Kerry. Rumor, innuendo and skillful manipulation of facts served to undermine the battle service record of a man whose opponent didn’t even serve. Now, the red herring mill is at it again, so much more effectively because the Internet has (and needs) no censors and anonymity hides perpetrators from libel accountability. The religious background of one’s family and friends has no relevance in a presidential campaign, yet this true red herring is absorbing a lot of popular energy. People may start out saying, ‘This doesn’t make any sense,” but, after the hundredth repetition, the elephant is mainly gone, and only ‘there must be some truth to this’ remains.
Democracy seldom dies from outside attack or inner collapse. It gets picked apart gradually as if by one of those scalers that the dental hygienist uses to remove plaque from your teeth. Strong feelings like anger and outrage grow numb under the gnawing influence of illogic and emotionalism. We don’t buy what we think we need, we buy what we feel we need. So long as we go along our merry ways, nearly oblivious to the not-so-subtle emotional manipulation we’re being subjected to continually, we’re at risk. When the elephant has been devoured, who do you think will be next on the menu?
The online marketing industry is volatile and complex. It is an exciting one for those who stay up on latest trends. Each year, a host of sweeping changes are dictated by new software, new companies, new hardware and new user preferences. Many businesses in the world either adopt or ignore these changes. Early adopters are also in the competition of cementing their reputations or appealing to new markets.
Here is the list of top 6 online marketing trends at present.
Video ads will dominate
Video ads are not new in the field of online marketing. There are many social channels on the Internet that offer advertisers video options. Nowadays, users are becoming more accepting of video ads online. Even in most unexpected places, video ads pop up.
App indexing will lead to apps explosion
App indexing has been offered by Google for a while. The online visibility advantages of a dedicated app will be realized by more business owners because the ranking possibilities for apps become more complex. Apps can do everything like the websites, except they are more convenient, accessible and intuitive.
Desktop will be completely dominated by mobile
2015 was a year when search engine giants announced the overpowering dominance of mobile over desktop. You don’t need to have a desktop site to do online marketing. A mobile site with no desktop counterpart is also acceptable, according to Google. It clearly marks the beginning of a new genre of mobile-focused online marketing.
A kind of optimization will be led to by digital assistants
Thousands of unknown visitors can see your site with the help of two highly popular strategies – search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. The key of optimization in the new format is to ensure that these assistants can easily access to your business information.
Virtual reality will emerge
Different virtual reality devices are set to release in the upcoming years. Many of them are available for general use, while others are meant for certain applications. An entire new medium of online advertising will be introduced by these virtual reality devices.
Advertising will become more costly
Advertising cost will increase due to the high competition in online marketing world. An increase in demand will lead to an increase in price.
These are some of the many trends of online marketing that will emerge in the next few years. Start early to get more time to adjust the full advantages of your forward-thinking campaign.
If you’re tired of feeling alone and not understood after an argument or conversation, then here’s what you need to do to keep your communications with the people want to open.
Empathize with the people around you. You might consider that when these people do things that get to you that maybe they did not intend to do it. Now if you know that the attack was intended then you need to ignore it all. Because if a person can make you angry whenever they want to, they can control you.
But if it is not intentional, consider that the other person does what they do because of a weakness that they have. They might need your help to get some things sorted out.
Situations and circumstances that involve anger are sometimes not easy to deal with.
I bet you did not know that you can get someone to stop being angry by speaking soft and kind words to them. It is important that you recognize this for your relationships because when you show anger to someone, you could expect that in the majority of cases they will return that anger back to you in the form of anger of their own.
So the anger will have to stop somewhere and stopping anger will involve the use of soft answers going back and forth between the people involved.
Your hope and effort is that this way of dealing with anger will be picked up by all involved and that the angry situation would become less of an issue because of the goodwill and cooperation that soft answers are able to produce.
Do you want your relationship?
Another thing you will want to do is really consider if the relationship you are dealing with is important to you and what you are trying to do in life.
If you check it out and find that the relationship is right and you want it, then you will find this reason alone one of the biggest motivators for the persistence that is necessary for success.
If you check and find that the relationship is not worth your time then you will not have the strength to overcome the difficulties that are there. You still do not want anger to destroy it, but then maybe this bad relationship may have something to do with your anger in the first place.
Anger management classes
You do not need to wait until something drastically bad happens before you do an anger management class, so do one. Do an online class. 95% of people with anger problems benefit from taking an anger management class in as little as two months. And anger management classes do not cost much; not even half as much as losing the respect of the people you care about, and the classes can be done very conveniently in the comfort of your home or office when they are done online.
But the bottom line is that if in your heart you feel as if your relationship is threatened because of anger an anger management class can help you get your anger under control and give you a real shot at saving your relationships.
You should seriously consider carrying out these anger management techniques, you will begin to see your anger start to come under control. Angry people sometimes don’t get what they need from their anger management techniques. As for you, start applying these tips, and get yourself controlled today.

Ice Cream Social
When the weather turns hot, who can resist a delicious, cool, creamy ice cream treat? There’s nothing more casual and fun than a good old-fashioned ice cream social. Stock up on different flavors of ice cream, cones and dishes, and all the toppings and head outside! Fill an old bathtub (no chipping paint, of course) or a big metal tub with ice to keep your treats from melting, and voila!
Set up a build-your-own sundae station and let the good times roll! Make sure to have plenty of sauces and sprinkles, and don’t forget the cherry for the top!
If you’re feeling particularly festive, you can ask your friends to dress in early 1900’s attire like handlebar mustaches, bow ties, suspenders, and derby hats for the men. Women can sport long dresses and gloves with their hair swept up. You can provide lovely decorative fans to stay cool. They work great as a party favor!
You can even send your guests home with some adorable ice cream theme party favors to say “thanks for coming!”
English Garden Tea
If you have a green thumb and have a beautiful garden, why not share it with your friends and family? Host an English Garden Tea Party right out in the middle of the fruits of your labor. Pull out a table and chairs, use your prettiest tablecloth, and set it with the fanciest dishes you have!
There are plenty of opportunities for sending your guests home with party favors to thank them for coming. You can even send them home with the cup and saucer! Edible and drinkable party favors such as personalized tea bags and jars of jam or honey are perfect!
Mad Hatter Tea Party
It’s like a regular tea party, but a little more twisted! Set your table with a striking black and white checked or other bright-patterned table cloth. Make sure your dishes and cups don’t match! We’re all mad here!
Use as many off-sized items as you can such as oversized or undersized utensils, cups, and refreshments. Get one of the cupcake-shaped cake pans to make a cake that looks like an oversized cupcake. Don’t forget to mark everything with “eat me” or “drink me”!
This one is best for those of you who live in rural areas. Rent a giant inflatable movie screen and DVD projector and set up an old-fashioned drive-in right in your own back yard!
Make it a theme with showing musicals where you invite everyone to dress as their favorite musical character and incorporate a sing-along. Or you can show old classics and everyone can dress in 1940’s era clothing. Or have a zombie theme, if you dare, and view classic zombie thrillers. Guests can show up dressed as “the dead”!
Whatever theme you choose, make sure to set up a refreshment stand complete with popcorn (you can even get personalized bags of popcorn as party favors), hot dogs, and plenty of soft drinks!
This is a good ‘ole type of party we’ve all been to before. But put a little creativity into it and host a corn hole toss tournament, complete with prizes. Make sure to put out bails of hay for seating. Set around pitchers of ice-cold homemade lemonade and frosty drinking jars. And don’t forget the red checked tablecloths!
If your friends are brave enough, rent a Karaoke machine and turn your porch into a stage! A floodlight can make a good spotlight, if you have one.
Make it a contest! Let everyone vote for their favorite performer and present them with a prize!
Just add a little creativity and you can turn your backyard into a magical land, a theater, a stage, or an old-timey soda fountain. Your friends won’t be able to wait to see what surprises are in store for them at your next get-together!
